As a mother of two beautiful girls, I decided that it should be me making their cakes.  It all began just before my oldest daughter’s 5th birthday.  She asked for a ballerina cake…so I talked to a friend - who makes awesome cakes, looked online at Wilton.com and found some really great tips….this is how I fell in love with Cake Decorating!
